Overnight trip to Musnadam - Oman

As you know, the Committee is always fully committed to providing you with unparalleled driving experiences! We would like you to join us for a fantastic drive on Friday, May 1, 2009. As we have planned a weekend trip with an overnight stay.

We're off to Musandam, Oman’s northernmost region, and we will be using one of the best driving routes in the world. We will head out from towards the desert and onto some of the finest mountain roads the Emirates and Oman have to offer which will take us to the North Coast of the UAE, and once past the Omani boarder, through roads that twist and turn between sea and mountain, we will arrive in Khasab.

Our destination on the Northern Coast of Oman is the Golden Tulip where we will have a quick lunch. Shortly thereafter, we will take a breathtaking tour of the Omani Fiords on a big boat with a snorkeling stop. You will experience the majestic clean waters, fresh air and watch dolphins swim next to the dhow. During the trip we will have a snorkeling stop, so bring your swimsuits, a towel, and some goggles if you want to take a dip.

Once we return at sunset, we will all get-together for a delicious barbecue dinner with live cooking and dancing before retiring to our respective rooms.

The next morning, after breakfast we shall hit the pool for a lazy morning have our lunch before we head back to Dubai.

At around 3:00pm we will leave Oman and head back to Dubai to get home in time for supper.

WE WILL BE CROSSING THE OMANI BORDER SO PLEASE BRING A VALID PASSPORT FOR EVERY PERSON IN THE CAR, AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR CAR REGISTRATION DOCUMENT WITH YOU (White plastic card). KINDLY MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE OMANI INSURANCE COVER WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY.

Please note that your guest will share your room, if you would like to have a separate room for your guest/s please register them another member. Thank you
