Drive to Khatt in R.A.K 5 March 2010

Before the weather changes, the Committee would like you to join us for our next drive. The event is a fantastic drive on Friday, March 5, 2010. Please read the following E-mail for full details.

We're off to Ras Al Khaimah this time, setting off from the stylish and centrally located Grand Hyatt Hotel in Dubai. We will head out from the Grand Hyatt towards the Desert and some of the most scenic driving roads the U.A.E has to offer. Along the way you will experience incredible desert scenery that you won’t forget in a hurry. This will be an extended drive and we are using an exciting route which incorporates a portion of one of the Club’s favourite roads but with a twist adding a whole new route via Falaj Al Mualla to take us to Ras Al Khaimah.

Our destination in Ras Al Khaimah is a hidden treasure, the Khatt Springs Hotel & Spa which is located in the small oasis town of Khatt. This hill top resort hotel is located at the foot of the majestic Hajjar mountains and overlooks a beautiful valley filled with date palms and farmlands. It is also the only hotel in the UAE to be located next to natural hot springs.

The event is a fantastic drive on Friday, March 5, 2010 starting at 9:30am and ending at 6pm.
